Not to get political, but IMHO he is ruining this country so far.  Never liked him.  Now, he has canceled Orion and Aries mission that were supposed to follow the space shuttle program.  WTF?  Don't like it.  Don't like it at ALL.  Downright angry about it actually.  But, that's Obama for you.  Change you can believe in...yeah right...change to higher taxation, more unemployment, no more space program, and changing from a Republic to a Socialist union - the USSA (United Socialists States of America).

Real change all right.  Awesome. 

Somewhere, the framers are shuddering in their graves right now...

I'm not convinced re-interpreting the moon shots was the innovative thinking that NASA needs right now.  Try to remember where the political mess and massive debt and unemployment came from...

the real problem I see is the inability to do anything other than CYA in DC... the parties are so fragmented internally it seems fairly hopeless to get anything done.  And when half the camp is saying 'NO' to anything that is proposed, nothing there can get done.

Ahh polictics.  Should we discuss abortion views next..   :knife:  :rifle:

I personally think the whole system is a big a$$ mess.  Doesn't really matter who the players are, the people behind them (large corps and special interests) will always be the same.


I was sad to hear that they are killing the moon/mars program.  I thought maybe we were actually going to go to the moon for the first time....

So, last summer I was going into the grocery store and the creep with a clipboard asked me I'd sign his petition.  I told him I didn't believe in voting.  If voting were effective, it would be illegal.
