Had a user ask for a summary report...

Worked with them through 15 changes to make it a really nice report....

Now they want to include 20 times more part even though all of those parts are meaningless to the report.

How do you strangle someone through email?

I've wondered that myself.

but a big red button that explodes their monitor in their face would be nice too...
